                                                                                                                    • For beginners, you will have 2 types of sessions: sessions focused on the planche, and sessions mixing planche with a bit of maltese work. Each type of session is divided into 3 difficulty levels (normal, easy, and hard).

                                                                                                                    • For those starting from scratch, you will also find 3 sessions: a normal one, one with only resistance band work, and one that can be done without equipment.

                                                                                                                    • The intermediate and advanced levels include 4 types of training: sessions mixing planche and maltese, sessions specific to the planche, sessions specific to planche push-ups, and sessions specific to the maltese.

                                                                                                                    • For each type of session, you will also find 3 versions tailored to each type of planche practitioner (normal, type A, type B).

                                                                                                                    • As a bonus, I've included a special gift for the curious: my personal training routines! One is focused on the planche, another on the maltese, and finally, one mixing both planche and maltese work. These represent the closest examples to my usual training style. However, I always adapt my workouts based on my needs, goals, and energy levels. While I don’t recommend copying my routines exactly, as they are tailored to my level, preferences, and personal requirements, you can use them as inspiration to create your own workouts.

Who is this course for ?

This course is designed for anyone who wants to master the Planche and the Maltese, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The routines and content are tailored to all levels, profiles, and goals. If you want to learn the Planche from scratch, that’s possible. If you already master the Planche and want to reach an elite level, this is for you too. If you want to learn the Maltese and master all its variations, that’s also possible. Finally, if you're at an advanced level and want to deepen your knowledge of training, this course will benefit you.

However, these programs are not intended for those who have been practicing the Planche for several years, seeking very specific and technical knowledge on the Planche at a highly advanced level, such as supinated push-up trajectories, archer push-ups, or complex transitions. This training will give you all the keys to reach a high level in the Planche, but it does not cover the learning of specific skills or advanced Planche variations.

Can I learn the Planche thanks to this course ?

Of course! Everything you need to know to achieve your first straddle or full planche is covered in this training. Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have a partial straddle planche, or even full planche presses, this training will help you.

What are the prerequisites to get started ?

No specific prior skills are required to join PRIME MALTESE, MASTER THE PLANCHE. How much time should I dedicate to the program ?

The program is flexible, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Everything is explained to help you manage your weekly schedule. But in general, I recommend doing 3 to 5 sessions of at least 1 hour per week to see significant results.

Are there any nutrition tips ?

No, the training focuses primarily on bodyweight training and calisthenics skills. While some nutrition tips will be shared in future courses, they are not included in this program.
