My vision evolved and I’m building something different based on my new training system & all the feedback I had, more aligned with what most of you actually need.
Even if I'm very proud of my current courses, and all the feedback I got were positives, I have to do this change.
The content is done for people who wants to understand in details and have all the keys to be autonomous. But I realized lots of you need things to be more specific, execution-based programs, designed for easier application.
But before closing this chapter, I wanted to give one final access to the most completes and demanding courses I’ve ever built.
This page is not about selling to everyone. It’s about giving the right people a last opportunity to access my full methodology.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Most calisthenics programs tell you only what to do.
This system also teaches you how to think:
how the skills, movements & exercises works
what defines technique according to anatomy & biomechanics
how to manage frequency, volume, intensity and fatigue
what methods, variations & exercises to apply according to your specific profile and needs
to sum up : how to stop guessing and start making informed decisions
That requires effort.
That requires thinking.
That’s exactly why it works long-term.
you’ve already tried multiple programs and still feel stuck
you want to understand why you fail and how to fix it
you care about long-term progress and autonomy
you’re willing to think, analyze, and learn
you want a simple routine to copy without thinking
you’re brand new and just want to “move more”
you’re looking for fast motivation instead of real structure
you don’t enjoy learning how training actually works
Short progress phases
Long plateaus
Constant doubt
Recurring pain or injuries
Years wasted experimenting
Here’s what it would cost you to gain the same knowledge and experience as in these courses :
8 years of training, experimenting, & making mistakes
5 years of studying sports sciences to be a certified coach
Countless injuries and months of stagnation affecting both your health and mental state
Reaching an elite level and exchange with top athletes
$50-200 spent on various courses to find the best methods
$500-1000 paid to coaches just to understand the process
Even if you get coached for just 3 months by a random coach, it will cost you at least $600 — and you still won’t be autonomous or able to manage your own progress in the long run.
With this program, you’re saving the equivalent of 5 months of coaching (or even more, considering my years of experience as a professional athlete), making its real value at least $1000. 💸
